Olivia Wilde Dishes On Wedding Dress Details

In the PDA-packed months leading up to her wedding to Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Wilde has been tight-lipped about what she’ll wear to walk down the aisle — until now.

The star spills in the August issue of InStyle that she’ll be in Monique Lhuillier, and her lucky bridesmaids will too.

Rather than “that tortured tradition of forcing them to wear a ridiculous dress they’ll never wear again,” she says, “they’ll have a real creation tailored for each of them. They can dye it black or purple and wear it forever.”

So that gives us one more clue: The bridesmaid dresses will be light-colored! It’s a sweet and girlie touch for former tough girl Wilde, who shares that her teenage style was inspired by ’70s male musicians — think lots of polyester. “Boys were my role models back then,” she tells the magazine.

Her style has come a long way since then: Wilde shares her can’t-live-without style finds (including an ALC dress “my boyfriend loves almost more than I do”) and, refreshingly, talks about how happy she is in this moment. We’ve got a feeling we’re going to see one beaming, beautiful bride very soon!
