To celebrate the book launch, we asked our favorite designers and artists to design special edition, one-of-a-kind book jackets. The jackets are being auctioned to benefit the AIDS charity DIFFA. The Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS has mobilized the immense resources of the design communities in the battle against AIDS for the last 20 years, providing over $31 million to hundreds of AIDS organizations nationwide.

Here are a few examples of the auctioned off designs. The majority of them have already been sold.

I tried getting the Alber Elbaz for Lanvin but that one wouldn't show up on the site. But that's also a nice one. If you get the November Paper they're all in it except Boudicca. Don't ask me why as that one is brilliant!

Marni and Susan Cianciolo are also favorites of mine.

Soft,this latest issue is the best one I've seen in ages. Since September 2000,imho. There's a great feature on NY's downtown set. Tess G.,Maria Cornejo,As Four,Heatherette and Ben Cho.

I love Fendi and Armani, and that Hello Kitty one is just adorable.
