Paris Hilton and entourage take a stroll on Miami Beach. She caused a stir at a local Ceviche Stand when she stopped for lemonades and posed for pictures with surprised spring breakers. Paris seemed to be in high spirits and having nearly missed tripping over an over enthusiastic dog, danced a few steps across the beach.
