what is this her new batch of "to big" chi's that she is shipping off to a shelter.
Ugh... cant she get over them... i have a chi and he is small also, but i didnt get him for that reason. (not as small as hers, my doggie is 8 pound. short and stubby and kinda chubby. I keep trying to put him on a diet.)
They are not accessories and she gives a bad name to anyone that puts a shirt or sweater on them. I live in montreal so my dog musssssssssssssssssssstttttttttt have big sweaters and coats on at all times during the winter. One coat is not enough for him. Even when it is normal weather for a normal dog he still gets cold. In the summers i like to put a cute shirt on him cause he looks cute. However, by no means is my dog an accessory like hers. I give him so much attention and love him to death.
Plus, Chi's require a lot more attention then a normal dog. So, it is even worse that she owns them. If you do not monitor them and socialize them very well they can become out of control. They might be small, but have very big personalities. Its also hard because most people do not know how to handle them. My dog gets nippy if people, but their hands above his face before petting him. He needs to sniff someone before being touched or he will freak.
