Paul Rowland moves from Women to Ford - Supreme to close?

I wonder if by "Ford cleaning house" they also mean their models. Of course Paul, Peter, Mohammed, et al...will bring in plenty of their own girls, so there will have to be some movement to make room for their picks. Who is Chanel's booker and was he/she swept out of Ford during the spring cleaning? Caroline seems powerful and influential, at least from from afar, she could sway an army imo.

Anyway, wel will probably find out soon. IF a major return of elite will happen,.......what will happen with patricia van der vliet? she is with elite amsterdam, and paris. will nymodels loose her?

I doubt she'll switch to Elite NY, unless of course her agent switches over, which can't possibly be the case. If elite milano/paris wants her to defect to elite ny, it may not be good for her, as with her being with NYMM, she's done pretty good with herself, what's with the runways and magazine bookings.

My question is did these people have contracts and if so, what kind? Usually key personnel have to sign non-compete agreements which usually means that they have to wait a certain amount of time before going to a competitor AND / OR they have to wait a certain amount of time before poaching (for lack of a better word) employees and clients - which in this case may be models but could also be designers and editors (I think?).

It will be interesting to see if the lawyers get involved, well I guess we still have to sift out what information is actually true.

... I guess this sort of validates that there's some sort of truth to Paul leaving Supreme, makes me wonder which other girls will follow him and which will move to Women. Haven't heard anything about any girls leaving Ford yet, guess we'll have to wait and see.

Wait, I'm still confused after reading this entire thread...is Supreme closing or no? Or do we not know yet? I noticed there blog was deleted a while ago, guess that was a sign of what was to come...

I've always liked Paul's photographs, I hope being at Ford (which seems to have a very different aesthetic than Supreme) doesn't cause him to change his style with showcards, Polaroids, etc...

I'm still surprised he would leave the two agencies he started himself and leave them to someone else.

I'm a little disappointed how this has turned out for Ford so far, losing it three tops girls and Chrishell Stubbs who is promising. In the end Ford will become noticeably better but right now I like Hanne and Rose, but I'm not convinced about Tao's longevity as a model or Ranya's or Karolin Wolter's. And there some other Supreme girls whom I though would join Paul at Ford, like Iris and MCB, who didn't.

I think the point for Ford was mostly to bring Paul on to manage their current and future girls in a different way, not necessarily to get girls from Women/Supreme.
