Pop #36 S/S 2017 : Taylor Hill by Charlotte Wales

Oh, wow. There's a vintage feel to it and Taylor looks like a high fashion model for once.

Lol @ Tay Tay.

Though this to me looks like a Vogue Paris x David Sims reprint.

Pretty. And those Céline earrings...

That hat though...

I see that as well, in fact I'd like it more for VP. It's almost too classy for Pop. Taylor looks stunning here.

Although, I'm personally fed up with these Insta girls everywhere! Let them infiltrate Vogue, Elle and all the mainstream titles. Not the indies!

Agree... Pop culture in indie magazines is so passé by now. Like... really. They do it cause they think it's irreverent but god, it isn't anymore.

That said, this girl doesn't bother me at all. At least she's beautiful. She has an amazing face structure, amazing lips... She's very perfect in an 80's fashion way.

I love it! could do without the silly tagline though...

I'm feeling the perfect kiss 80s thing here... It's classic Richard Prince meets Phoebe Philo!

And those eyebrows!!! WOW! I think Pop has gone one better once again.....

it's a captivating cover and it does the vintage thing way better than most other publications, but it's so far from my aesthetic i can't say i'm excited by it

Having watched Raf's Calvin show through about 20 times I realise how spot-on for S/S17 this Pop cover really is.

Reinventing Taylor Hill as all-American woman in Chloe Cowboy has an inspired genius to it. Maybe more genius here than today's neo-Helmut Lang w/ cowboy boots.....

I meant Celine Cowboy of course

Was day tripping re Phoebe at Chloe, earning her spurs.... Yeehaaa :woot:

I like the cover, but I agree that it looks like another Vogue Paris X David Sims collaboration. I don't really mind, though.
