Pop #36 S/S 2017 : Taylor Hill by Charlotte Wales

Hi Gergin, Indigo at Bay and Bloor
No Wolfgang Tillmans covers left though.....

Can anyone post snaps of the Lily McMenamy ed? No trace of it online...

I could only find these 2 pics on instagram from Lily's editorial.

Thank you! I also saw this one on Next Managment website. Why is the full ed nowhere to be found, I wonder?

The three cover editorials are nice and all, but put this next to another indie then it won't hold. Vogue, or even HB does this sort of thing on a regular basis. And giving commercial girls such as Caroline Trentini and Vanessa Axente a cover furthers my point.

Very weak issue! Not even Tillmans will save this for me, I'm afraid.

You must be joking right, Ben? This issue of Pop is VERY strong and to compare it to the current British Vogue or "HB" (your mum/gran works there???) is almost ludicrous....

Show me another indie that consistently publishes Tillmans, Teller, Sassen, Weir etc etc to this influential level..... Or innovates with new talent like Durimel and Buck Ellison.... Purple? Another? Double? Re-Edition?

Have you actually seen the issue or are you judging on the few images above? I think Pop hold back almost everything from on-line so they can actually sell copies!

Btw I took the use of Trentini and Axente to be a deliberate attempt to show new Dior NOT on young, hipster British models (ie Ruth and May Bell).

Ashley Heath makes Pop's view pretty clear in the issue.

Charlotte Wales nailed the Maria Grazia spirit imo
