Blimey! Annie and Daria should take notes from 'The New Frontier'! My favourite shot is Sabrina with the stetson and the horse's face right behind her. One can see Buchet's got a passion and understanding of nature and its elements. He captures it quite superb. Edita's shoot is quite good too. Concept has been done to death, but the setting draws me in. I'm sorry for all this gushing, but this is still my honeymoon period with Porter. Cannot wait to get my issue!

Flicking through this on the newsstand, it's nice the way this issue is full of "light" at a time when the days are getting darker.

But I still didn't buy it; the magazine generally doesn't have that edge which helps makes a magazine an essential (or impulse) purchase for me. I mean, I don't know what I'm expecting from it, because it's great-looking, but somehow... it's too generic.
