she has had a truly meteoric rise. and i think nobody resents it because she's such a beautiful person ... inside, i mean. obviously she's stunning physically - but so are many many others in this industry. there's just something wise and warm and open and preciously ALIVE about Lupita. she's electric!

Fantastic!!! I love that infectious smile!! She's so beautiful!! I also love the different colors of the text! I love the colors that they used and that they didn't go with the basic pink! I also love the minimal text! I love.

Meh l, Carine's work doesn't even deserve to be mentioned on the cover since it never was good! And glad they didn't use a shot from her editorial as the cover!

I dread to think how any of these shots could make a good cover. That 7th shot looks far worse in print. I dunno, maybe Carine should just stick to her little pet project? The truth of the matter is that in most cases the other editions do much better without this dreck. HB Kazakhstan, for instance, has been turning out such great cover editorials which is way better than this.

Carine's editorial, as per usual, is bland and weak. Her recent HB editorials, when compared to the local editorials of each edition put her work to shame. There's nothing visually appealing to her recent work. Her work just weakens the HB brand. I'm gonna say it, Carine lost her spark. Some might not agree, but her recent work just shows it. This editorial is like a rejected editorial from her vanity project called CR Fashion Book.

It's more bizarre than Bazaar.

I'm really in love with the content. Harper's have managed to create an aesthetic which cannot be compared to Vogue and Elle. Hope they continue to book Madigan.
