POSH GOES SOLO: Victoria Beckham's relationship with premium denim and lifestyle label Rock & Republic may be coming to an end. Sources said Beckham is in talks with Western Glove Works, makers of the Silver Jeans and 1921 labels, to launch her own denim-based apparel brand. Details of the proposed label could not be learned, but sources said an agreement could be finalized sometime this week. Michael Silver, president and founder of Silver Jeans, declined to comment Monday, and Beckham representatives could not be reached.

Great Victoria has a genuine love for fashion and her denim designs for R&R were a great sucess but of course tabloids dont write and tallk about that.
I think its great that she went on her own and i am sure her jeans will be as good as they were for R&R!!

Actually Victoria and Rock&Republic alredy confirmed that they ended their colaboration like a month ago so i guess they are late with this scoop at WWD.

Her jeans are a huge hit not just in Europe but in Us aswell.
I watched Tyra Banks show once and she said she loves "these jeans that ex member of Spice Girl designs"
And supermodel Elle said they are the best jeans she ever wore.
Actually many celebs wear them Sheryl Crow,Diane Lane,Anastacia princess Madeline loves them.

i guess it's each for his/her own. if you like posh's style, great.
i don't. a genuine love for fashion is hardly enough to design well. her jeans IMO were nothing special, her fashion line will probably follow suit.

Of course this is a open forum and we all have different opinions and tastes.
I am not asking you to agree with me and neither did i meant to say because she has a love for fashion that it means she can desing well.
Its not something she just started doing but something she developed and nurishied for over 3 years now.
So i think its natural after certain sucess and time that she moved on from R&R.
And yes i love her style but that doesnt mean i would blindly buy all of her products.
I have been buying jeans all my life and i think Victorias jeans are very well cut and designed they flatter womans booty very well,imo of course!

I love R&R denim. It fits me perfectly! When I worked at Nordstrom, we got the jeans VB designed in stock and they flew off of the rack.

She isnt,Victoria just opened her fashion company that is called DVB and she is developing her own range of jeans and a range of sunglasses wheter or not fashion line will follow she said:"not at the moment but when the time is right".

Also Victoria was offered to design for H&M after Stella and Karl and she turned it down because she thought its way to soon and out fo her league(her own words).
I think its nice that she is taking it slow and carefuly!
