I'm surprised no one has posted Halle Berry in her elle sabb gown when she won her oscar for best actress. People seemed to have really loved her gown on all the late night entertainment shows I guess not here.
That Elie Saab gown was overrated, I personally found it to be very boring, as are all of Halle's dress choices. I dont think Halle is a very good dresser, she wears boring matronly gowns and then to any "young" award show some skanky two piece.

i totally disagree...as do most ppl i know. i dont really care if u dont like halle berry's style of dress but BORING seems WAY off the mark here. i dont know how anyone could find that dress boring. its not matronly. i have NO idea what ur talking about.

Did you know that the day after she won the Oscar, Julia Roberts called Valentino to ask where she should return the dress to. He absolutely insisted she keep it saying "how could anyone else ever wear that dress again".

This Versace was great. She is able to style herself on occasion.

This Versace dress was beautiful. But the hair....... oh the hair... there are like 19 things wrong with her hair

Nicole Kidman's Galiano followed closely behind Hudson's Versace. That gold lace number was a dream!

Maybe it's because EVERYONE likes it, but I'm actually sick of the Halle Berry dress, i thought it was nothing special and overrated.

Marcia Gay Harden's turquoise dress looked gorgeous on her.

This is the Gold custom made Galiano that people are refering to. I completely forgot about it, but it's gorgeous and original.

I didn't really like Halle's Elie Saab. I adored the Valentino she wore to the Golden Globes though.

Me too.
I really didn't understand why everyone loved the Elie Saab so much.
I thought the flowers on it looked like the flower pattern of my grandma's couch.:ninja:

For Oscar dresses I loved Renee's yellow vintage dress...
though I don't think I've loved anything she's worn since.
That dress was very daring for her.
