This isn't an angle you see too often on a magazine cover - with good reason, it's not the most straightforward way to make eye contact with your readers - Vogue Italia April 1979, and I suspect it's by Barbieri, because it seems very like the cover of his 1982 book (ebay.com/anacletoyari - gianpaolobarbieri.com
