"Congrats are in order for Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia of Sweden – the royal couple just announced that they are expecting their third child!
The royal court of Sweden revealed the happy news in a statement, sharing that Princess Sofia is due in March or April of 2021.
The new baby will join big brothers, Prince Gabriel and Prince Alexander.
“We are happy and look forward to welcoming our third child, a sibling to Prince Alexander and Prince Gabriel. A new little member of our family,” Carl Philip and Sofia shared in a statement.
While the new baby will hold the title of Prince or Princess, will not carry the “Royal Highness” styling. The baby will also be seventh in the Swedish line of succession, taking over the spot from aunt, Princess Madeleine."
