So in April I manage to use up: NARS Lipgloss in Chihuahua, NARS Lipgloss in Sweet Revenge, Trilogy Organic Rose Hip Oil, Terax Crema Conditioner, Pantene 3 Minute Miracle & Loreal Preference High Shine Colour Conditioner. Not bad! Seems like I'm about half way there. So far so good!

^Yup it's great not having half full bottles of things lying around. And also, even though I regularly throw things away I no longer want to use, there's always things I hold on to because I "might" want to use later. Now that I've forced myself to use them for the sake of finishing them, it's much easier for me to be less sentimental about keeping things. Does that make sense? If I find I don't like something, chances are I won't like it in a month...so make space for something better.

Yes I am exactly the same, I hoard things!
I also find that if I manage to finish things up that when I buy a new product I feel less guilty. It's like I'm not longer adding to my already bulging collection of stuff that 1) I don't like and 2) is only half used. Also I have a lot more space!

I have been on a Makeup & Skincare ban for a year or so now. I only allow myself to buy a new beauty item once I've finished another. (ie. I will only buy a new Mascara once I've finished my current Mascara) I'm trying to eliminate all the doubles I have and curb impulse spending.

I haven't really focused too much on actually using up my duplicates though so I think I'll take on a Project 10 pan of my own! Thanks for the inspiration.

You can't buy anything new until you've finished all 10 stuff? So I can't get a new cleanser until my moisturizer is finished, etc.. or is it I can't get a new cleanser until my current one is empty?
