And one has to admit that this was inevitable with all the ruffles flying about.
I have a top that does just this. Too bad it's from 30lbs and 3 years ago, I still love that top sometimes I even wrap it and pin it so I can still wear it. I really should go and get it fixed for real now.
However, I'm not sure it's just me, but some of it reminds me of Ugly Betty. Especially DKNY on the first page.

i found a gorgeous vintage cream sheer organza flow blouse ast year....sewed a doubled over 1.5 metre long cream royal satin onto the collar, with even lengths loose at the ends so i could tie my own massive bow around my neck.
it worked perfectly and is one of my fave looks.
I also have a delicious sheer black with gold thread princess sleeved blouse that has a gorgeous long attached scarf made of the same material...i wear with high waisted anything a a red lip and its gothic all the way.
