I've seen those around but not in my city. I even thought of buying those because they would have been so comfy to wear at university (a manor house in the wild, with parks and everything so heels aren't a good idea).

I have the black Steve Madden ones but in white. And yes they hurt my feet as well. The sides kept rubbing on my feet and finally had to run into Payless Shoes for those panty hose things. Haven't worn them since.
