I don't think his fans would want to know that kind of "news" at all. I'm personally really appalled at all of the inside information, stories of parties and etc that is coming out now. a) It happened years ago, get over it, b) the man is dead, let him rest in peace and let his family grieve, for God's sake, they don't need to hear all of this bull and have to refute it in the press when they should be spending their time together remembering him. It irritates me so much. I'm refusing to buy any magazine that talks about him and his "secret drug past" or whatever they want to call it. I'm sure there are some people out there that are interested but I'm not one of them. I think it's disrespectful and cruel.
 
They showed a bit of the video...apparently it will be everywhere tomorrow...

Yeah I saw on ET, it's sad I still like him as actor regardless, nobody is perfect, an Australia channel is going to air it also...I feel bad for his family because it's going to hurt them.Apparently People is planning to ruin a cover about his problems also.So it's going to be everywhere.

I just saw some of the video on ET! Its clearly him and his voice. He says, "I shouldnt even be here. I'll get in trouble with my girlfriend. We just had a baby 3 months ago. Her name is Matilda Rose." He said something else about smoking that I didn't catch.
But I couldn't really see drugs but he was obviously doing something.
Not like I'm suprised. Or criticizing. Not like I or millions of other people haven't done that kind of stuff before. And just cuz he was caught doing it once doesn't mean he had a serious drug problem.
Its just sad that all this stuff is going public now. He should be able to rest in peace.

I feel like the toxicology report should be kept private, his family should only see it, it's nobody else business what it says, we should only focus on his acting.

yeah I agree. I think a lot of things should have been kept private. But we don't live in that kind of world!

More information is emerging about an rumored Heath Ledger Drug Video. We are hearing reports that one of the major entertainment news shows is going to broadcast a videotape of the late actor getting high at a party.

“I’m gonna get so much sh!t from my girlfriend,” Ledger says in the video.

A friend asks: “Why?”

Heath says, “We have a baby together … Matilda … Matilda Rose.”

“The tables at the party are covered with drugs,” one person who has seen the tape said.

“I used to smoke five joints a day,” Heath said, “… and that’s not the only thing.” It’s being reported that Ledger also battled addiction to heroin, cocaine, alcohol, and prescription pills.

why couldn't this come out before he died. Maybe someone could've seen it and urged him to get help. I don't understand what good this does now.

We don't don't know that he died from illegal drugs or that he needed help. This video is from two years ago too. But yeah I don't understand the point of releasing it now or at all. I hope who ever took it or released it wasn't a "friend" of his. Although it sounds like from the video he hardly new these people. Not a good thing to do with people you don't know well if you're famous.

In a way I feel bad for Heath...if that video was exposed earlier...than maybe the public embarrassment would've forced him into rehab a la Lindsay Lohan. And he would've dealt with his demons...

It's actually odd that no one exposed it...and furthermore that the rehab story with Michelle was never exposed. Although she denies it, I think it's true...
 
i feel so sick, what the hell is wrong with people?! Id love to see the media institutions, its reporters and anyone else involved and check if their clean slate lives. absolutely discusting.
 
even more so Im ashamed that its an Australian network that claimed they were going to respect his privacy etc.
 
whats amazing is how he was able to keep it under wraps up until he died - of course everyone in the biz knew but to the public he was a good boy
