I actually thought it was pretty neat of RL to use Magdalena since I think her look is pretty "forward" for such a conservative house. But yeah, the pairing with Valentina doesn't work.

But, overall, I like RL ads (except for last season's atrocity). RL is the Vogue US of designer houses so I'm happy enough when I get the full Hamptons Polo vibe (entirely absent from last season).
