^ Yes, I know what you are saying, but Coco Chanel, when she was with the Duke of Westminster, did indeed take his country tweeds and cut them down to wear when she went riding, shooting and all with him- even down to the bowlers and top hats, so that sort of bridge goes back to the 1920s in England, which of course is Ralph's home base!
