After a few seasons of experimenting, most noteworthy the grunge collection for fall 2015, designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli have come back to the core of Red Valentino. Their resort lineup was filled with plenty of variations on romantic, frilly lace dresses — all in black and white — that were oh-so sweet. The duo added skinny neckties to the looks — luckily, they are removable — to play with the juxtaposition of masculine and feminine.
Chiuri and Piccioli also channeled the Swinging Sixties for inspiration with bold and playful Pop Art prints of rainbows and cherries as well as a short A-line silhouette — all in happy, vibrant colors.
