I do have this book called 'Films' by William Klein. He was the director of Qui Etes-Vous. He also used to be a photographer for Vogue. He's a wonderful photographer, but I haven't been able to locate any of his films yet
Let me know when you find it, Jules!
amazing news, I simply adore Rudy Gernreich's amazingly inovative work and Peggy Moffit as his 60's muse. Rei is such a visionary fashion icon, thanks to her for working on this project (now.. maybe its time to lift my Milano travel ban and head for Corso Como 10 , even just to take a close look to those garments recontructed )
and what's all about the "Qui Etes-Vous, Polly Magoo" film, had absolutely no idea.. please please keep on the crusade for a video version, I'll make sure my sister gets hold of this as soon as someone gets some info on this
I so f*ckin' love Rei Kawakubo! This will be so intresting! Can't wait to see what will happen with Rudi Gernreich!
Lena you coudl just go to tokyo on a super long flight
it might cost more no ?
actually, the Rudi collection will be only on sale at Corso Como 10 in Milan so... there goes my personal Milano travel ban (i can certainly stand Milano for a short weekend, preferably during the ss04 shows hehehe )
