What I love about this guy is why I hate him, too damn cool!!!! You think all these cool things coming out of Belgium, Japan, Italy it has to stop somewhere right? Well it does not with guys like Rick, Anne D, Carpe Diem

Where did this Rick go? I’d welcome this take back purely as a palette cleanser. Same as his Revillon sure it’s of its time but the languid 40s esque nature is just so seductive and sumptuous.

Posture really elevates his work too. The more formal modelling just lifts it up and makes the silhouette shine. Ah well… what can no longer be. Thanks @susseinmcswanny for the pics! You’ve actually also made me appreciate Rick’s earlier to mid era work all the more.
