why not GG? the shoulders are not that puffy..i can def see you pulling those off....
velony, I already have 3 classic RO leather jackets, s it would be a good change...considering my pregnancy also, I'm going to to focus this fall on buying one or two cool jackets add scarves to them and thats all...a cool bag....my bottoms will probably be some sort of strechy thing lol
the color of the shealing is whats putting me off.....the felt jacket's sleaves are leather...
hard decision..price wise there is a huge difference

I agree, if you already have thee classic RO jackets, then one of those would be a good choice. Just for me personally, who would have to splurge on a RO leather jacket and therefore would go for classic rather than trendy, it would be a no.
I'm curious which one you'll eventually decide for. And I'd love to see you wearing it.

If you've already got 3 RO leather jackets, definitely go for the felt, and plus, its half the price!
And the zip detailing really is amazing on the felt one..

I like the shoulders, but spending that much money I'd want something I could wear everyday and I think it would look a little strange in class or a dr appt or the grocery store. My life isnt quite glamorous enough

I agree it's a hard choice between the two... I prefer the shape of the shearling and think it would add more variety to the 3 classic jackets you already have but I'm also not crazy about the color. The felt is really nice too but its hard to make a choice without seeing how it falls when worn open or not zipped up all the way. I think I would probably go with the felt since the shearling is too expensive if your not completely in love with it.

just out of curiosity, which 3 colors do you have in the classic style uniq?

thanks giys for your opinions, i think ill go with the felt, if i dont like it, ill return it, hows LVR on retuns?

GG, I have two in black, one without a color and one with, and one is like a burnt brown, like a black one i have. I also have a 4th one, i think you have the same gg or retuned it, the shearling one with what you discribed as making you look like you have a diaper on! ;)

the shoulders on those ro jackets aren't much more strange than the balmain tennis ball shoulder pads, so if you can rock the balmain go for the ro...it's pretty much the exact same thing :ninja:

LVR has great customer service and easy returns, but the issue is that if your shipping it to the US they cant refund the import fees which they include in the purchase price. Im usually hesitant order oversees because of this, it depends on the item but usually its around 18% import fees.

tangi, haha--- yes- ever since GG discribed it that way i cant help forget about the image in my head!

ale, i have two balmain blazers, and i love them, i think the trick is to get it exactly your size, or else youll look weird or like a football player, with balmain, one is a 34 french and one is a 36, 38 looked weird and funny, so sizing down might do the trick! they only have a 40, no 38s in RO, but I'll give it a try!

I caved and got a pair of RO S/S wedges :ninja:

I'm seriously jealous because those boots are just perfection. Congrats!

I recently bought this RO dress  (sorry my pics don't do it justice, love being able to put my hands in its deep pockets, even if it's not flattering when I do so  )
