This is called being BUSTED red handed
well that's embarrassing. I can understand how this can happen though. Rick Ross came on set with the glasses, and probably didn't know they were fake. Why would a XXL editor question their authenticity? Oh well, sh*t happens.
I don't get the point of stressing this line though:
so Louis Vuitton doesn't want to be associated with Rick Ross or XXL?
Do you blame them?
hahahaha Losers ... I would not blame them, I do not or would not even consider touching that XXL magazine ...
well LV should know that the hiphop market is a LARGE market for the luxury brands market. Brands like LV, Gucci...should not even pretend! lol
^ exactly. the hip hop culture has certainly paid a few bills at louis vuitton.
first of all, MOST celebs wouldn t know a real from a fake.
these are people who are handed things to wear, do u think they ll ask is it real or fake??
wasn t Victoria Beckham pictured with a fake Louis bad few years ago.
it can happen to anybody.
just because it s a hip hop star doesn t make them a loser!!
hip hop stars are known for spending tons of money on big brands. LV should just relax and let it go. and maybe send Rick Ross some real glasses just like Marc did by sending Victoria real LV bags
this is not even counterfeit but it is really a very bad copy!!
the stylist who takes the pics for the front cover AND the editor should doublecheck these things specially when the stars are wearing their own clothes and they seem to be logoed.
They may say directly that they don't want to be associated with this hip hop magazine but trust me, the hip hop market is actually one of the most loyal markets when it comes to luxury brands especially when it comes to Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, and Versace, etc.
Do you think anyone else is really buying those LV Millionaire glasses?
I'm pretty sure the rapper and the magazine didn't know and that someone is in some serious trouble right now.
