The part that looks nice shiny full and curly on top is not her hair.

If you are saying the sides look sleek and where her hair meets the weave looks sleek, looks like she got a touchup. Her pics in Barbados & Hawai'i her hair was looking rough... even the roots and the parts.

Her hair stylist did a good job of blending the weave in well at the bottom I don't think is any magical brand of relaxer.
And typically freshly permed hair and water don't do well for black ppl best believe she has gone through jarssssssss of Let's Jam to keep everything in place.
