I think the dress could have worked. but everything is else is wrong. The hair is not good, and it looks so horribly fake. the earrings don't work, the choice of colour for the lipstick is so wrong and the shoes just do not go at all.

stunning...but one of those cases where this look would be HORRIFIC on just about anyone else.
something about the maroon tones of the hair/lips add so much drama. i would kill for the earrings....wonderful!

Wasnt blown away by her Met look, from the front view its lovely but the side sheer part just looks like her dress is torn, and really dont like the long braid. But I agree on anyone but Rihanna it would have been the ultimate disaster but its just not her best look.
