I doubt it.she probably just likes short hair- at least temporarily. It's very possible to have relaxed hair that is healthy, especially when you have the money to deal with top notch stylists. I bet she will go back to long hair by the next album.

What do you mean bleaching her hair? Do you mean the brown? That's her natural hair colour.

her eyes are pretty dark for her to have light brown hair.

also usually people are told dye their hair darker to mask damage. weaves are also hard on trhe hair.
ii think they refer to the condition created by incessant weaves, dye jobs, relaxers/treaments, styling to be actress hair.

some great examples are paris hiton, nicole ritchie, lindsay lohan, etc.
