I think its just the make-up that makes her look older. Without her makeup on, she looks her age. I dont think its a bad thing that she looks older with the makeup on because she still looks beautiul. As we know makeup tends to make you look older but just make sure it makes you look good as well :-)

actuallly I can see how she looks like Tomiko. Similar nose and eye shape, cheekbone/jawline. it is their coloring that is throwing everyone off. I think Rihanna 's faeatures a bit broader. the facial proportions are the same.

I dont see a huge resemblance but I do spot some similarities. You really need to study their features to see it. No doubt both of them are beautiful.
