Bebe cannot sing to save her life. I had the misfortune of listening to a few of her songs recently. It's beyond pathetic...it's sad, actually.

I don't agree. I just saw her play live and her voice is HUGE! It is not a perfect sing songy kind of vocal but it is strong and filled with attitude. She is cool and the one thing I could not deny is THE AUDIENCE LOVES HER!
Her voice is sort of punk but it can be pretty like when she did the song for Joey Ramone.

My favorite singers are like Mick Jagger and Johnny Rotten so I don't like Mariah Carey type of voices. I like screamers and unique styles.

What ever Bebe does it works when you see her up on the stage. She is engaging and really a fantastic performer. It is like Patti Smith sort of but more rock. Bebe really does rock.

I don't know how the person who said they have heard her new music heard it because the whole record isn't even out yet. Only a single and the song for Joey Ramone. They are getting a great response from the media and even the radio in the New York area. She is on the radio a lot lately around these parts. The tri-state area.

Some of you just don't like her and like Pam better. It isn't a big deal but to EvaLaDiva- you are never nice about Bebe. She could find the cure for cancer and you'd hate her, lol. That is your opinion but it is not as bad as you say at all.

Bebe has a lot of balls and courage. She works hard. She gets out there and does it. I think its cool. I will always stick up for her. At least I've seen her play her music in person.

You are entitled to your own opinion. But when you say her singing is "sad" I just have to step in and tell it like I JUST saw it in New York City in a big room. Not sad- very rad actually!And she looks amazing onstage. She is gorgeous.

I mostly love the fashions. Pam was more hippy girl and Bebe more glamourous and elegant but I love the pictures of Pam when she was young.

It isn't a competition between Bebe and Pam. Not at all.

I just don't think Bebe is a talented singer. I also think she's extremely vain and self-centered, which is evident to anyone who has read her book or looked at her website.
I think it is sad and pathetic that she has this sense of entitlement, which is another thing that is in her book. Her whole "where is my Chris Stein" thing is ridiculous.
Yeah, she was pretty whenever she was young, but not a stunner by any means. Now, her face is so full of fillers that her face is huge.

When I saw her in person she did not have a "done" look at all and was not overly made up either. Her beauty is very natural and she is sparkly. That is the only way I can describe it. She glows.

She commands respect in performance. People LOVE her and her show is stunning!
I don't care about Her book- Rebel heart is old news to me. That book is eight years old.
Her life has blossomed and it is liberating.

As for Pam. I think she is equally cool. She had her writing. Both Pam and Bebe have a ton of talent. Bebe's is as an entertainer. Pam's is as a writer.

When you see Bebe live you see more than just a "singer". It is her attitude and vibe. Her delivery of the songs. She has cool moves..

I also think she found her Chris Stein with her husband Jimmy. He wrote her whole album= the music anyway- I heard. They have been together a long time those two.

From her book Rebel Heart. Here is a photo from late 70s. Even then she had a BIG HEART SHAPED face. As she ages maybe a bit rounder from extra pounds but all in all, it is her face. She is lucky to have that bone structure. Debra Harry has it also. Sophia Loren.

The thing about the internet is that you don't get the other person's "tone." My tone is actually playful and not full of hatred. I'm sorry that you're perceiving it incorrectly and taking it so personally.
I mean, that is obviously a joke about you being Bebe. Jeez. However, you do go on and on about her, promoting her album to the point of nausea. Actually, it wouldn't be that big of a surprise if you were Bebe, since she used to post as a fan of herself on a groupie board about the time her book came out. The mods totally busted her using several different pseudonyms from the same IP, which happened to be where Bebe was living at the time.
