I know it's a lovely dress , Shakuachi make other pinafores too in plain colours you can look at them here Shakuachi.net

I think unless you live in Australia (in which case try stockists) then you'll probably only be able to get them on ebay or that website but I read on the Vogue forums that they are not planning any recuts. Good luck !

mycatwalk.com.au has funny sizing...i'm an XS :ninja:

i got myself a cute striped overall...almost pinstriped, really...been wearing it everywhere
unfortunately two weeks after i bought it, it went on sale at 30% off

Weird. You know what? I was just thinking that the pinafore would looks ridiculous on me because I'm tall. Somehow I think that it would suit more petite people.

I think tall people could pull it off with longer shorts to above the knee...but i've heard it makes short people even shorter because it doesn't define waist or hips
who knows?
i haven't seen too many people around wearing it so I'm not sure, maybe this trend is just not very flattering to anyone:lol:

I want some rompers for winter, I suppose it will be easy to find it. Today I've seen one from the new season at Zara, but it was too "school uniform".

Seems like this is a big trend in Australia...I would say this is gonna blow up b/c I have been watching some vintage auctions on ebay such as this:

ebay.com

It is up to $102!!! thats crazy. obviously, they styled this auction for it to sell as a very trendy and fashionable item. but still...

^Its not!!! they had cut the bottom to make shorter...so basically material was hacked off. guess how much it sold for? $155...crazzzzy!

yeah they are really popular here at the moment... shakuhachi have cute ones, i've just never really found one i like that much

that's a lot

I bought one with a tulip skirt and pockets..but I later decided it would make me look like Fraulein Maria :( (I have a Seberg inspired style and I'm dying it blond soon)
