It was fitting that Rosamund Pike was glowing as she stepped out in the streets of London Tuesday. The Gone Girl star looked effortlessly stunning as she took a stroll with a smile, showing off her casual glam street style in a colorful silk dress complete with burnt orange and lilac embellishments weaved into it.
Pike complemented her enviable fall look with a lilac-hued waterfall coat and chunky black platform heels, and palmed an oversize purse as she made her way. She kept her makeup fresh for daytime, rocked a soft pink lip, and wore her blonde bob parted down the middle.
The thesp has been bringing on the fashion as she's promoted her upcoming film A United Kingdom, which tells the story of Prince Seretse Khama of Botswana (David Oyelowo), who causes an international stir when he marries a white woman from London (Pike) in the late 1940s.
The film, which is already getting awards season buzz, hits theaters Feb. 17. We can't wait to see what other looks the ever-elegant Pike has in store as she continues to promote it.
