Ruby Rings

Okay- My mom and dad's 25th anniversary is the 21st and he still hasn't gotten her a present. What the idea is to find a setting to put a 2 carat ruby she already has in. Said ruby is flawless and beautifully cut. Basically I'm trying to find a setting that a .5 to 1 carat diamond could go on either side. It's either this or a few Chanels and Vuittons to tide her over... so please! Help! Any ring setting, jewelers to call... anything!

I'm sure there's a reputable jeweler in your hometown that would take care of something like this.... But it might take a week or two to be finished.
