^I actually like Stylista. It's a guilty pleasure. This show, however...I've only seen the first two episodes. I think I'll continue until it gets unbearable, but the only likeable girl out of the interns is Samantha. She just does her own thing. The other two are annoying and insecure (also don't get me started on Talita's voice...monotonous and nasally and Ashley's moody face that always looks sunburnt).

The staff aren't so bad, though. I like Zoe.

The show ended in the States last night. I enjoyed it. I really liked seeing how the staff worked together. They seem to have a great team... especially now with Nina Garcia there. Joanna Coles seems so approachable as a boss... her door was always open... and I really like Zanna Roberts. This show made me start buying the magazine again every month. I did find all 3 of the girls annoying... although I'm happy enough with Joanna's pick in the end for a job offer at the magazine.

I'm really glad Talita won.And Ashley was such a bad looser.I'm happy that Joanna put her in her place,and told her that you don't need to backstab people and be fake to succeed.That was a good point.Anyway,Marie Claire seems to be a great place to work at,this show really gave us a good image of the magazine and people who work there.I felt like this show was too short.

This has just started in Australia on the E! Channel. Can't stand Ashley, I like Talita the most so far and I quite like her style too.

I've just started to watch this. From the first episode I dislike Ashley. Talita has such a deep voice. I didn't like what Ashley done to Samantha, with the whole not inviting her thing. Looking forward to watching the next episode.

Still watching it... I like who 'wins' as well (though I didn't think this show was going to be about 'raffling off a prize').

I like Joanna Cole as well, actually I quite like all the Marie Claire staff.

I can empathise why Sam is annoying. She seems like a nice girl but her head isn't switched on the whole 'fashion' thing :S

This just started on our E!... so i downloaded them all, easier than to wait for them....


I have to stay it is better than Stylista, at least they are not in a staged "office", even tho they r shoved in a corner all together....

Neither of these girls has ever read Marie Claire, which was pretty obvious.... so that itself shows how much they wanted it all.... there's ppl that would give a right arm for this, and they devoured every issue of that mag they should be in it.... cause they at least know whats MC about.

Joanna, I dunno what to think of her, "IM A BENEVOLENT DICTATOR" I just hope it was some British humor of hers.... it can't get more pathetic than that if its actually not... she's not Anna Wintour, and dunno why they tried to make her into one...

Ashley is one totally ignorant girl that only knows to raise the noise so she would hide her incompetence, takes false credit... the bit when she has whole morning to search about Christy Turlington and then delivers a 1 LINER on a paper to Joanna is quite a jewel....

Sam, I really didn't see any drive in her... and I don't think she really gave a ****, she was only likable .... she could be a good errand girl in MC offices.

Talida, the "winner" of this thing, does not know to spell to save her own life, calls up A List publicist without any consultations, genious! Never actually wrote anything.... but for finding a junkie turned yoga instructor... she becomes a CONTRIBUTING EDITOR.... not to know how to correct your spelling errors in the 21st century is just enough for me to kick her out of marie claire offices second I saw that..... oh and she doesnt finish sentence unless there's at least 3 LIKEs in there...


I have to say it was far more enjoyable than Stylista, less stagy.... it was nice to see some of the real ppl actually working in Marie Claire, I love how they didn't try to make their offices "ugly betty" like for the show.... I would still love to see a show with some ppl really wanting this, real fashionistas, something more than just some dumb arses that really want it only for their 5 mins on cable TV

Would love to read some of Talida's work lol... LIKE maybe she's the one LIKE writing now for LIKE Christy Turlington....
