In the upcoming indie flick Blue Valentine, Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams play a married couple slowly growing apart. But off screen, some say the two are actually coming together.

As the two have promoted the film in Cannes, many have noticed they seem particularly close. People magazine has a repor t that the two held hands before walking the red carpet at the premiere of Blue Valentine.
Later, Gosling and Williams attended an after party where Gosling kept his arm around Williams shoulders for much of the evening.
While representatives from both stars haven't said word one about the rumored romance, this isn't the first time tongues have started wagging about the two. After the film debuted at Sundance this January, many noticed that Gosling and Williams seemed to share a connection that was more than friendly.
