what's up with the rolled up pant leg? Is it a trend, is there a pratical reason I'm not aware of, is it a work out thing, etc... What am I missing?

It's a trend.. His trousers were also like that in the youtube video of him breaking up a fight in NYC.

So does anyone know if he's done filming The Place Beyond The Pines? Because I thought it was suppose to film till October or so. But since his hair color is fading out it looks like Ryan's done with filming. That being said, he looks a lot better without bleach blond hair.

From the pictures, the new hair, the fact that he's in LA, the reports of him having dinner with Sean Penn, etc, I assumed he was already filming "The Gangster Squad" or at least in pre-production for it.

Someone on Ryan's imdb board mentioned that he is not the protagonist in "The Place Beyond the Pines" , so the movie might still be filming, while he's wrapped up his part already.
