According to several false reports, the 29-year-old Canuck cutie is dating newcomer actress Casey LaBow. They supposedly went on a date on Friday night but that’s impossible — Ryan was at the 82nd Academy Awards at a Foreign Language Film Award reception held in the Grand Lobby of the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills!

At the ceremony (pictured here), Ryan presented Peruvian director Claudia Llosa with a certificate of nomination for Best Foreign Film for her movie The Milk of Sorrow (La Teta Asustada).
