I love the YSL ads...kinda reminds me of Sophie Dahl's Opium ad.

The Rocawear is a blatant rip off of H Hilfiger...and pardon me for the crude comment I'm about to make, but I just have to: I wonder if Karolina is gettin ran through by the Rocafella crew, especially Damon...she seems to be hangin around them a lot these days.

I don't know if they've been posted here, but I found the Marc Jacobs ad featuring that couple (don't know their names) is extremely interesting...coming from such an expensive high fashion label, the clothes are presented in a way that's channeling aspects of Americana that are really opposite to the glamour presented on the runways...it's almost giving me the feeling of small town charm like you'd find in the shoes of nurses, or maybe drawing from the waitress who works at a Bob Evans somewhere on a pitstop on the highway going from Albany to Syracuse, NY. I probably won't buy the clothes but I just thought that was a pretty exquisite move for the ad campaign...maybe defiant even in the midst of all the Gucci, YSL, Dior etc.
