Yes. Not 100 % sure, but I believe the Blue label's only carried in Japan, and it's a much younger (and cheaper) line.

^ Yeah, I believe they also have a Burberry BLACK Label exclusive in Japan as well? My brand-wh*re best friend in Japan always boasts his new 'Black Label' clothing to me, but imho it doesn't look very special lol...just marketing schemes I guess? Hehe..
