Saint Laurent Menswear Resort 2025 Paris

Those boys are not attractive and don’t have the weird allure that the Hedi boys have.
I’m not falling for the hands in the pockets trick.
I don’t think purchasing menswear at Saint Laurent, when it comes to tailoring, is a good idea for any man. There are better options elsewhere.

I thought the model in the first picture was Libby Bennett at first glance.

Agreed but this proposition is much stronger than anything we had from him so far. The shoulders though…

I guess the fact that Hedi is out at Celine, they want to attract these “laissé-pour-compte” clientele.

I dig the Giorgio Beverly Hills vibe, much better than the Eaton cosplay Hedi served us. It's way much stronger as a menswear proposition. I prefer the more masculine option.

And tbh that clientèle is buying from both already; I do, my friends do. We switch continuously between the two.

Embarrassing. The exposed boxer briefs with the suit jacket and tie? LOL.

When you start copying something that Kim Jones did at Dior several seasons ago, you’re in trouble.

Saint Laurent needs a menswear designer and ASAP. With all due respect, Anthony really is a terrible menswear designer. This is worse than what Sabato is doing at Gucci menswear for goodness sake…

yes girl... get that hedi clientel. its not bad at all but as @Lola701 said, SL won't be my go-to for menswear anytime soon. The most ill get are their heeled boots but they seem a bit passe now. Rather wait for burtons givenchy and she can take my money any time. Also scavenging for her last discounted mcqueen pieces.

It's so strange, I think his work, works on the runway to some extent, but as soon as its photographed or put on real bodies it becomes total cosplay. These clothes are flat, and the models really dont embody them. It's a complete joke, and most of these proportions are off. Hedi should never be compared to this man, hes in a completely other league in terms of making something so referential feel right for the moment and also sit right on a body.

Love the colours. But does anyone knows how it's going in their menswear?
19 looks in suits I doubt a lot will not reach the retail floor.

Not strange at all. Anthony’s very limited skills and talent is typical of a midrange department store fashion director who’s fortunate enough to end up as a creative director by sheer will of networking. These types are always followers and never leaders: Essentially a basic b!tch— copying wholesale of the OG designs while commercializing it with that brand of department-store accessibility. I’d even say it’s the no-frills version of the original since that’s likely mandated by his Kering as to minimize production costs. But at least the campaigns— and the shows to a limited extent, always look solid, even distinctive. I’ll give him that— unlike his contemporaries the equally basic Kim and Sabato. If there's a holy trinity of corporate commercial mediocrity to inspire to, it's these three mids.

this looks good on someone whose BMI goes a bit to the left, is better looking loose and a much better friend to mature women. i like look 8, styling on 25 & 26, and 31. weirdly his womenswear looks out of place next to this, but someone in Carven will pair well.

Finally some good posing coming from male models. Did I wish they looked a little older? Yes, but they look great in here imo.
The looks are all a hit for me (except the hideous underwear outside of the pants à la Dior Hommes by KJ), I just wish there a little bit more colors.
I want looks 6 and 23!

My complicated relationship with Vaccarello's YSL: it's bland, arid and cliche as hell, but I can't bring myself to not absolutely love it.
