I thougt it would be a good idea to make a thread with pictures of different models wearing the same out fit

very interesting indeed
vogue has this section where they place side by side runway pictures and celeb shots that don the same look. its refreshing to see how those runway looks are translated/conceptualized by fashion editors.

probably. but all im seeing are runway pics and how they are treated in editorials. its not really more on comparison because its basically the same look. its just on a different environment on a different model. which is interesting.

for balenciaga, the magazine that did doutzen wins IMO
for the prada, i like it better on sasha (although i love snejana)
and for the mcqueen, the one with the model laying down

lets see. in order of them being posted i would say:

Doutzen
Sasha (that dress is so much better in the shorter length than on the runway)
I cant decide, they are both beautiful pictures and the models wear the dress wonderfully for each situation
I think Gisele looks better, but there is something more interesting and high fashion about the way gemma is wearing it
