it's not a mark up for crying out loud...it does NOT cost $40 to make a blazer...especially not a gucci one...i'm really getting frustrated with this already...common sense would tell you that it is not true...

...maybe i'm just cranky cause i'm so tired...but geez...c'mon...

I went on one of the last days to the Prada Sale. I don't think 75% off is overpiced. Pants were $50. I bought a $1000 bag for $200. For me, that's a good deal.

There's a Cerruti, Moncler (great outerwear) and Calvin Klein sample sale going on this week at 5th ave and 29th st..I don't know the exact address but they have a big sign..they have lots of sample sales there....I wanna try and go tomorrow and chekc out the Cerruti stuff (love the menswear and it's so hard to find )

I went 2 years ago to the Hugo Boss sample sale (a complete mob scene) and they had 3 pairs of shoes for $250....one pair retailed for that much in the dept. stores.

I went to the Hugo Boss sample sale today.
They were selling current season shoes for $99, 3 pairs for $249. One pair alone retails for $285 in the dept stores. I am going to try and go back tomorrow in case they get another shipment. I got a pair of nice pointy toe loafers that look very Costume Nationalish, a pair of tan loafers and then a pair of brown suede oxfords. The sweaters were terribly overrpriced at $99 each...didn't check out the womens stuff......first decent sample sale find of the year.......
