I like this look. I've been doing it for a while. I like buying a ton of scarves from Walmart and Target. I like the braiding together ribbons, and using that as a belt. Very girly and childlike. I think it's cute.

I really like this look, I think it's ultra feminine... so soft, and an excellent way to add some personality to one's look

I'm not a big fan of this. On most people it looks juvenile. On others, it looks frumpy. Maybe its where I am, though I'm not far removed from NYC.
...just don't like it.
