Some sad news

Selena Gomez and her family received some sad news over the weekend.

GossipCop confirms that Selena’s mother, Mandy, has suffered a miscarriage.

Selena, 19, canceled two appearances during the holiday season to spend time with her family.

Selena broke the news earlier this year that her mom and stepdad Brian were expecting a baby on Twitter.

Mandy and Brian married when Selena was 5 years old - the baby was to be their first child together.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Selena and her family during this difficult time.
