Shampoo And Conditioner

Kerastase is the best! Bit pricey but you only need to use a little each time.

I have heard so much about Kerastase but don't know where to buy it! I'm all the way in Canada... but where do you buy yours? Salon?

It's best to alternate between three shampoos, but I like to use more than three :p I change between Thermasilk, Dove 2 in 1, Head & Shoulders (works well but the smell it leaves behind it so strong), Infusium shampoo and conditioner, and some other ones I forget.

I only use shampoo once a week, and then I grab the one that's the closest. But I use Coolaulin conditioner from Lush everyday. It makes my gurly hair nice and shiny and controls the 'poof' (well, it does slightly ^_^ ) and makes it smell like coconut  .

I use Head and Shoulders and aussie 3 min deeep conditioner, VO5 conditioner and sometimes ausie shampoos. Sometimes I'll switch shampoos but I stick with the same brands.

I love the Aussie 3 Minute Deeeeep Conditioner! :woot: It's awesome because it's the only thing that works to moisturize my super dry, damaged hair. (I used to flat iron it every day...) Everyone should go out and buy it, hah. It's dirt cheap, so it won't break the bank.

I'm notorious for alternating-right now I alternate between VO5 Strawberries/Cream, VO5 Sun-Ripened Raspberry, Bath/Body Works Black Raspberry Vanilla, Bath/Body Works Sweet Pea, and Bath/Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar. I also use a Suave citrus-y scent on occasion.

As far as conditioners, I rarely use them because it's so hard to rinse out of my hair. I probably use once every other week.

How often do all wash your hair? I live near the city and wash my hair ever 3 days(include the day I wash it)...my hair get really greasy (day 3) because I always go with my hand through my hair...should I use a better shampoo?

I use sunsilk shampoo and conditioner. I pretty much like it, but i'm sure there are better products out on the market.
I wash my hair on every 3-4. day depends on if i have to go out or not.

I´m currently using Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner as leave-in... It´s silicon-free and makes my hair shiny.. yeah it`s ok. And my shampoo is "goldwell definition moisture shampoo"..

^ How long is your hair?
I can't imagine washing hair twice a day or every day due to long hair..

Mmmh... Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny Serum is sooo good! It makes my hair as soft as cashmere, shiny shiny shiny and smells SO GOOD!!!

Other than that, Redken Addictive Hair Softener (if it's called like that), a spray on conditioner. Also, SUPER DUPER soft hair.... (I'm so into soft hair lately...)

I want to try Kerastase but I'm not sure which of theirs is best for long not really thin but not thick hair?

I use it as well and I have agree with you. It has a really sweet/fruity smell that I love. After using so many brands from drugstores, this is my favorite.

Anyone tried the new Herbal Essences? I just don't get it, the best thing about that shampoo was the smell, my hair would smell lovely all day long. Tried the new one this morning, and my hair just smells like wet hair all day long, i'm so annoyed.

I know there's this salon in toronto on yorkville avenue between bellair and hazelton that sells kerastase, i think they are an authorized dealer for kerastase. Dont' know about the name of the salon sorry, but if you go there, you can't miss it, it's on the south side of the street and they have a fairly big kerastase sign in their window.

What does Conditioner with your hair?I have never used it,perhaps once but I don`t see any difference with and without conditioner;
so for what do you need conditioner????

I have highlighted hair, and I use the green Kerastase (Bain Resistance). The stuff is AMAZING. My hair has never been softer, healthier, and in better condition that it is now.

I have just started using the Bain de Force shampoo with the matching Ciment conditioner and I have to say (unfortunately for my wallet :ninja:) they are fantastic. My hair feels like silk.

So far the best I've tried has been Sensicence, they're Shiseido's hair brand

Right now, I am using Asience shampoo and conditioner, supposedly it is for asian hair. My hair is behaving, less frizzy and dry.

I have annoying poofy (but not static) hair. I have tried so many different shampoos & conditioners under the sun (though not all I must admit) and they all seem to have the same unhelpful effect on my hair... Please could you guys recommend me a (reasonably priced) shampoo & conditioner that will make my hair soft, shiny and most importantly, not poofy?
