i def. dont like cone heels.. but i do like ankle straps.. t-straps are nice for rely glam crystal studded shoes..
and YES! wedges pumps are STILL in. i totally thought they were gonna be so last year soon. yah i bought these gorgeous super expensive wedges, then regretted in case wedges were gonna be out

I like thin heels but the only problem is the damage they incurr as you walk around in them!!!

For this summer I have bought a pair of shoes with a thicker heel(for durability) and a pair with thin heels as I couldn't resist a pair I saw in the shop!!!

Has anyone got any suggestions to minimise damage to thin heels? Maybe it's the streets where I live, but my heels get wrecked pretty quickly!!!!

Yes ... don't buy leather-covered, buy stacked or metal (I have some of the latter). I also have some lacquer heels, and they're pretty good, but one did get damaged & you can see the white plastic underneath. It's hard to see, I'm pretending it never happened

You could also look at having your shoe repair guy put a thicker heel cap on as soon as you buy them.

Speaking of which, that Donna Karan above would be a real b*tch to replace the heel cap on ... as someone who actually walks around in her shoes, I notice these things

I love that theyre showing ankle boots! I love how they look with skinny jeans and short loose type dresses...and i think they will go well with the sweaterdress trend. Has anyone seen any indie designers doing them for f/w?

I love some of the shoes but the boots/pumps with socks are a little too extreme for me. Maybe, I'll like them more as time passes. The t-straps and ankle straps are fantastic!

Ooooh, I love ankle straps! I also love the rounded pointed toe, they still have a bit of point, but they're not as likely to be uncomfortable as the super-pointed toes I've been looking for some basic black pumps, and that toe style would work nicely.
