oops, double post...but i wanted to put up a pic of my short hair since this is a thread about short hair can't really see the top but it gives you a good idea of how short i like to keep it...very very short!

I think Selma is so sexy in that hair, she looks amazing. I´m cutting my hair off next week, kind of the length yo have bass.face, but a bit longer in the back and around the face. At least that´s what I want, but I´m not sure what I´ll get, the girl I usually see is out of town until after new years.. But I´m so looking forward to it, I love having short hair, I just don´t quite feel like myself with longer hair

How often do you have to get it cut ?

I need some inspiration , I've done the Seberg look twice now. I think I might just go for the same but dye it a really rich chocolate brown. Ooo I also love how Shannyn Sossamon has it in Rules of Attraction just those random shaved parts.

I have a love affair with short hair. I get bored too easily. I also have really thick but fine poker straight hair (yes, ladies, they do exist) and so if my hair gets too long it loses all volume. So short hair is great. I think it looks great on everyone. I have a round face with rather blunt features - just the person everyone says should not have short hair and I always get compliments on my hair. Just an encouragement to everyone who thinks they can't carry it off: you can, it's just a matter of the right cut!

I need some inspiration , I've done the Seberg look twice now. I think I might just go for the same but dye it a really rich chocolate brown. Ooo I also love how Shannyn Sossamon has it in Rules of Attraction just those random shaved parts.

Thank you so much! I get it cut every four weeks if i want to keep it so short. Luckily, it looks good while growing out and comes in so healthy so if i can't get into the salon, it's not a disaster. By eight weeks though, it's time for the scissors!

edit: I lie, found two more, styles courtesy of the entire Vulcan race and Harry Potter. The emoness of the photos just about warms my heart.

Anyway maybe this will serve as inspiration. Positive or negative, who knows?

Selma's hair is so fit, I love it. I got my hair cut longer in the front, shorter in the back sort of longer style bob, first cut I actually like.

Same here I find that I've been really lucky with having good hairdressers and that the style grows out nicely but I think definitely around the 8 week mark it feels like it's really looong even though I know it isn't Booking myself in tomorrow.
