Small bra sizes

Besides online stores and small boutiques, are there any other places to purchase small band sizes? I was recently measured and they told me that I had a 30 band size (my cup size isn't all that small (not big either....let's just say that it's bigger than an A), so a training bra is out of the question). Most stores start at a 32.

Some bra's at H&M are rather small, especially if they have some filling, maybe you wanna have a check?

US sizing 32A = 30B and the fit of bras varies despite how they're marked--some fit narrower than others.

The Intimissimi brand at Victoria's Secret has smaller band sizes. One I have from them has an adjustable band, like how the straps adjust.
