The Cover Challenge (PLEASE READ THE THREAD RULES IN POST #1)

It’s time to reveal this week’s winner. Thank you to everyone who joined this round!

The entries were strong and full of vision, but the winner is @pradn ’s The Time Is Now cover.

This cover exudes the energy and that precision that's been lacking in the real magazine industry + it feels like a real debut issue of a print magazine.

Congratulations to the winner.

Thank you so much @crmsn ! I truly didn’t expect to be back here again, but I’m very grateful! And your kind words really meant a lot, Thank You!
This was such a strong round, and it was really exciting to see all the different interpretations. Congrats to everyone who joined, the creativity was amazing as always.

Alright… now that I somehow found myself setting the theme again, let’s have some fun with it.

With Vogue’s current covers seemingly "competing" with film promotions (looking at you, The Devil Wears Prada 2 👀.. I love you Meryl & Anna, but… Miranda’s pursed lips say it all), let’s shift the focus back to what we love most.. Bold, Fashion-Forward covers that celebrate creativity and editorial storytelling.
So, the Next Challenge is..

"Costume Art"

Lara Stone by Mario Testino for Vogue US

vogue

Inspired by this year’s Met Gala concept, this challenge invites you to treat fashion as art, where garments become sculptures and the body becomes part of the creative expression.

Go fashion-forward, go dramatic, go artistic, and most importantly, have fun.
Looking forward to seeing your entries!

It's result time!

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this challenge. As always, it's truly delightful to see different interpretations and creativity time after time, you guys are the best!

And now, the winner is...

@fauxfashion

Your The Travel Almanac cover takes the win! The photography beautifully accentuates the sleeve details that resemble a spine. Striking, sculptural, and incredibly dramatic.

Congratulations on your win!

and the next theme schould be:

CROWNED

From subtle statements to bold, sculptural pieces — this round is all about what sits above.

Focusing on hats, headpieces, and everything in between. Whether it’s couture millinery, cultural adornment, or something more abstract, the idea is simple:
the head becomes the canvas, the crown becomes the statement.

Play with shape, push proportions, keep it interesting.

Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.
