Why is she so low on models.com top 50 models' list??

She's not even in the top 10 anymore!

Maybe it's because she had a bad campaign season? But she still does great editorial and runway!

Also, it is very subjective.. I guess there's no actual way to rate models... so perhaps the people at models.com don't like the "diva" in her.. Why else would they put her so low??

^Well...people tend to want what they can't have, and therefore would likely prefer Snejana being in the entire fashion season as opposed to merely the London/Paris shows. However, I think seeing her in those few shows was enough--I know that models can easily become worn out from being in too many shows, so I'd much rather have someone like Snejana being in few shows instead of a great deal of shows.

I tend not to worry about it so much, they still talk about Natasha Poly like it's 2004 - it's not updated so well. The most important indication of her success is designers picking her, campaigns, eds...not models.com
And I would have loved to see her on more catwalks, but Shiseido is a huge brand and the way that the ads have turned out is huge exposure...you couldn't ask for more beautiful advertisements to sell your products! I hope the collaboration lasts for a long time.

And I agree with seanutbutter, doing a few shows kept her fresh and probably motivated too, which is better in the long run for her career

Yeah I agree... Models.com is not the be all and end all. Not particuarly accurate at all. They work strictly on campaigns and how much money the girls are estimated to get.
The Shiseido ads are so beautiful. She just has the most unique and beautiful face its good to see her do a cosmetic campaign! She deserves it!

In terms of the last six months or so only, Snejana really doesn't belong in the top 10 at this point -- but MDC's top 10 isn't entirely objective, either...

I imagine that she'll be back within 10 soon.
