Here's what I think about the whole story.
I believe that she got burnt, but not because "she couldn't stay still" or whatever the reason they gave. I think the fact that the hairstylist (and HIS AGENCY) felt the need to send the roses to apologize, suggests that it was his fault. And like you point out, Snejana doesn't really strike me as someone who would be THAT active. Yeah, so I think that's just excuses on the part of the hairstylist to make himself look better. I mean, Rachel was telling his side of the story. And what is he going to say, "yeah, I'm an incompetent hairstylist?"
But, I don't care that people think they should be scared of Snejana, BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE. Divanopka is not messing around. Aint nobody gon step on her. Dam rite.
